Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only once the applicable payment terms, as agreed in the STO Commercial Schedule, have been accepted and complied with.
Deposits may be required for large or private bookings.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (3.5% processing fee applies to card payments), or approved electronic payment.
Minimum pax per activity applies as specified in the applicable rates table.
Where no minimum pax is specified and a booking is confirmed for fewer guests than operationally viable, the booking may be charged at the applicable partner private rate, minimum charge equivalent, or rack rate, as determined by Ndloti African Experiences and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Child & Age Policy
Bushwalk: minimum age 12 years.
Game Drives: children 2 years and under are not permitted; all minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Child rates or discounts, where offered, are discretionary and must be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full activity cost.
Late amendments to bookings, including changes in guest numbers, may be subject to charges depending on operational commitments and costs incurred.
Health & Safety
Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
Suitable clothing, footwear, and sun protection recommended.
Guests participate at their own risk; indemnity forms are required by the relevant reserve authorities and must be completed prior to or upon entry to Manyeleti Game Reserve and Kruger National Park.
Participation in activities involves inherent risks associated with wildlife and outdoor environments.
Wildlife & Environment
Sightings of the Big 5 or specific animal species cannot be guaranteed.
Activities are subject to availability and weather conditions and may be rescheduled if deemed unsafe.
Guests must follow guide instructions, comply with reserve regulations, and respect wildlife at all times.
Failure to comply may result in the activity being terminated without refund.
Personal Items / Liability
Ndloti African Experiences shall not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or left-behind personal items.
Guests are liable for any costs incurred in retrieving lost items.
Use of drones or specialist equipment is permitted only with prior written approval and in compliance with applicable reserve regulations.
Guide / Driver Policy
A complimentary drive seat (excluding conservation fees) may be offered to the group guide, subject to available vehicle space and operational discretion.
Entrance and conservation fees are not included and remain payable in full, where applicable.
Force Majeure
Ndloti African Experiences shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, road closures, strikes, acts of government, or force majeure events.
Rate Adjustments
Rates are valid at the time of publication and may be adjusted at Ndloti African Experiences’ discretion due to conservation fee increases, regulatory changes, or operational cost variations.
Additional Notes
Inclusions such as refreshments and bottled water are provided where applicable, and only where explicitly stated in the applicable activity description or rates table, and may vary by activity and partner.
